1. Introduction
This page, together with the documents and attachments referred to on it, tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.vda.com.hk, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use our site.
By accessing our site, you indicate your agreement to be bound by the Terms, the law and the ordinances of Hong Kong SAR regarding the use of our site, regardless of any differences in the legal principles applying to VDA Jewellery Limited and the persons accessing our site. VDA Jewellery is a limited company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. VDA Jewellery complies with all the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. All our products and goods we sold are manufactured and designed in accordance with the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong Kong.
We do not guarantee that the products and goods we sold will duly comply the specific local requirements or specifications of the local jurisdictions of yours. VDA Jewellery will not be liable or responsible for any products or goods sold that are adjudged as unlawful in the local jurisdictions of yours.
VDA Jewellery will not be liable or responsible for any content or material posted on our site that are offensive in nature or adjudged as unlawful in the local jurisdictions of yours.
The courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the law of Hong Kong. VDA Jewellery nevertheless retains the right to commence necessary actions against customers for breach of these conditions in the local jurisdictions of yours.

Our order terms are contained in the Purchasing Policy. All orders are subject to these order terms in addition to these Terms. You are advised to read our Purchasing Policy before you place any order with us.

6. Termination of Access
If VDA Jewellery believes you are acting unlawfully or are in violation of any applicable law or is acting harmfully to VDA Jewellery or a third party when using our site, VDA Jewellery shall have absolute discretion to terminate or suspend the your access to all or part of our site, without prior notice.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
You further agree that VDA Jewellery shall not be held liable howsoever for your use of our site and you agree to waive all claims that you may have against VDA Jewellery for any loss or damages you may sustain in connection with your use of our site.
